Other MBAs Programs

The recent downward movement in interest rates, the emergence of different products and constant changes in financial market regulations have made the environment increasingly complex for investors in Brazil. However, a well-informed and skilled investor can still find profitable investment opportunities.

In this context, FUCAPE Business School offers its MBA in Investments & Financial Market to train people from different backgrounds (engineers, managers, lawyers, economists, accountants, among others) to deeply understand the structure and operation of products existing in the national and international financial markets.

By means of dynamic hands-on lessons, students will be able to apply the knowledge learned in class to make decisions on investments and become more competitive and skilled in the job market. Moreover, students will become familiar with the latest tools used in the selection of investments, and will be able to make more consistent and sound decisions.

A pioneer in the state of Espírito Santo, this program counts on a highly skilled faculty composed of professionals with expertise in financial markets and professors renowned nationwide.

The course is directed to holders of bachelor’s degrees in engineering, law, business administration, economics, accounting, mathematics, statistics and similar degrees, who wish to deepen their knowledge about the financial market and its products; and to professionals who want to update and deepen their knowledge on investments, capital markets, and valuation.

The purpose of the MBA program in Investments & Financial Market is to provide participants with knowledge on the fundamentals and structure of the financial market, in addition to providing an understanding of the main products negotiated by trading desks of banks and nonfinancial companies. Students will also be trained in situations that can be used in day-to-day investment decisions, such as portfolio management, fixed income and variable income investments and taxation of financial market products.
